Method
- Add frozen pineapple chunks to a blender.
- Pour in pineapple juice and cream of coconut.
- Add white rum and lime juice (if using).
- Add ice and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a chilled glass.
- Garnish with a pineapple slice and cherry.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use cream of coconut (not coconut cream) for the best flavor
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less cream of coconut
- For a thicker drink, add more frozen pineapple or ice
